1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Terms and Conditions by which we supply products to you, and by clicking on "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions," you hereby certify that: (1) you have the authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions; (2) you authorize the transfer of payment for merchandise requested through the use of the Website; and (3) you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and any other documents incorporated by reference herein. If you do not so agree to the foregoing, you should not click to affirm your acceptance thereof, in which case you are prohibited from placing orders on the Website. YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE THAT BY PLACING ORDERS ON THE WEBSITE, YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND YOU ARE COMPETENT UNDER LAW TO ENTER INTO A LEGALLY BINDING AND ENFORCEABLE CONTRACT.
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, or otherwise amend the Terms and Conditions, and any other documents incorporated by reference herein for complying with legal and regulatory framework and for other legitimate business purposes, at any time, and the Company will post the amended Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at the domain of http://www.maisonangelann.com . It is your responsibility to review the Terms Conditions for any changes and you are encouraged to check the Terms and Conditions frequently. Your use of the Website following any amendment of the Terms and Conditions will signify your consent to and acceptance of any revisions and amendments thereof. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future Terms and Conditions, please do not place any orders on the Website.
2.1. Placing Orders
You may place orders for AngelAnn products by following the instructions on the Website. All orders are subject to the written acceptance of the Company. You are responsible to check that the information displayed in your Shopping Cart accurately reflects your selection before placing your order. Upon placing an order, your request will be processed by the Company and you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail containing the details of your order. The acknowledgement e-mail does not represent acceptance of the order and once the order is processed by the Company you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming your order.
The images of products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we take every effort to display all items and color schemes as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display accurately reflects the same. Accordingly, the Company will not be liable for any errors or inaccuracy in photographs and images of merchandise on the Website and if you have any questions about the products you may contact our customer service department at email@example.com
The Company has the right to refuse any orders of products and merchandise on the Website at its full discretion.
2.2. Confirmation of OrdersIn order to process the order, you must select the products and merchandise you wish to buy to buy on the Website and click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. The selected products will then be included in the "Shopping Cart" and the order can be placed by filling out the order form and accepting the Terms and Conditions. Prior to submitting the order, you are required to verify the accuracy of the information provided and make the necessary corrections. The order is submitted when you click the "Place Order" button. After placing an order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that clicking the "Place Order" button does not mean that your order has been accepted and purchase completed. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product on the Website. Upon receipt, the order will be submitted to the Company for processing. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched and which contains the relevant tracking number (the "Order Confirmation"). You may cancel your order any time prior to our dispatch of the Order Confirmation. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Order Confirmation. The contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Order Confirmation.
AngelAnn reserves the right to change the assortment of the available products and merchandise on the Website from time to time, without prior written notice to Customers. AngelAnn will not be liable if any product or merchandise is out of stock or otherwise unavailable.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices of AngelAnn products and merchandise on the Website are indicated in US Dollar, inclusive of applicable taxes. AngelAnn reserves the right to modify the price of products offered on the Website at any time without prior notice to Customers. You will be charged the prices displayed on the Website at the time the order was confirmed by you by Clicking on the "Place Order" button. You will be required to pay for any order placed on the Website immediately upon clicking on the "Place Order" button. The amount of the purchase price of the products ordered by you will be blocked on your credit or debit card but you will only be charged upon shipment of the products to you.
All orders are payable in US Dollars. Please note that your order must contain a delivery address located within the Territory (as defined below). Orders with shipping address other than a location within the Territory will not be processed.Products ordered by you on the Website will remain the exclusive property of the Company until the Company has received full payment thereof and you hereby grant a security interest in such products until full payment has been received. In the event of payment problems, following receipt of the products, you are responsible to return the goods received to the Company immediately upon request.
4. DELIVERY ZONE AND TERRITORY
Products purchased by you through the Website may only be delivered at the following locations Europe, America, United Arab Emirates, Russia (“Territory”). The products will be shipped to the address specified by you during the ordering process.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
During the ordering process, AngelAnn will inform you of the standard time required for the delivery of the products you have purchased. You will be asked to select the delivery method which you require. Since all products are delivered through third-party courier services, AngelAnn cannot guarantee a fixed delivery time.
Upon delivery of the ordered products at your designated location, the signature confirmation of a person who is above the age of 18 would be required to confirm delivery of your order. You acknowledge that the person confirming the order at your designated location and address is deemed to have done so with your authorization.
6. RETURN POLICYYou may return any online purchase without customized engraving or embossing, for a refund or exchange, by clearly informing us of your intention to do so within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt by you of the products by contacting our Customer Service via emailing at: firstname.lastname@example.org . All returns must include the original sales receipt and be returned in original packaging. Please note that all returns are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any product with signs of damage or alteration (including but not limited to re-sizing) or whose security tag, if any, has been removed cannot be accepted. You may be held liable in the case of depreciation of the value of the product as a result of handling that is not consistent with preservation of the nature, characteristics and, where applicable, the correct operation of the products. Upon reviewing your return request and if accepted, the Company will refund the amount paid for the returned product within (30) calendar days. If you wish to exchange the purchased product for another product of higher price, you will be charged the difference. We will not exchange merchandise for items of lesser value.
AngelAnn guarantees the authenticity of all products purchased through the Website.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

9. ADVERTISEMENTSAspects of the Website and other Company services may be supported by advertising revenue. As such, the Company may display advertisements and promotions on the Website. The manner, mode and extent of advertising by the Company on the Website are subject to change and the appearance of advertisements on the Website does not necessarily imply endorsement by the Company of any advertised products or services. You agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred by you as a result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Website.
10. NOTICESYou agree that the Company may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the Terms and Conditions, by email, regular mail, or postings on the Website.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute arises between you and the Company, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost-effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. Accordingly, you and the Company hereby agree that we will resolve any claim or controversy at law and equity that arises out of the Terms and Conditions in accordance with this Article 11 or as we and you otherwise agree in writing. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the UAE and any legal proceeding arising out of this Agreement will occur exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the UAE.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither the Company nor you shall be liable to the other for any delay or failure in performance under the Terms and Conditions, other than payment obligations, arising out of a cause beyond its control and without its fault or negligence. Such causes may include, but are not limited to fires, floods, earthquakes, strikes, unavailability of necessary utilities, blackouts, acts of God, acts of declared or undeclared war, acts of regulatory agencies, or national disasters.
