Return Policy

At MAISON D'ANGLE ANN customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we would like to inform you of our refund policy:

1. No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, you will receive a credit note for the value of your purchase, which can be used for future purchases at our store.


2. Exchanges: You can exchange your item for a different size or a different dress of equal or lesser value within 14 days of the original purchase date.


3. Conditions for Exchange:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Please provide the original receipt or proof of purchase when requesting an exchange.



4. Credit Note: If you choose not to exchange for a different size or dress, a credit note will be issued for the full purchase amount. This credit note is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.


5. Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for exchange or credit note.
